This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed on https://printixdigital.com.

1. Digital Products & Services (Delivered Worldwide)

• All digital design services and deliverables are sent electronically to the email address you provide, or via a secure download link (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).
• There are no shipping charges for digital products. Delivery timelines are specified on each product page and begin once full payment and complete content are received.

2. Physical Products (Shipping within India Only)

• Physical products are available for shipping only within India. Orders are delivered  within 7–10 business days after payment confirmation.
• Shipping costs and estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout. Tracking details are sent upon dispatch.

3. Delivery Issues & Support

• If you have not received your digital files within the stated timeline, please check your spam folder or contact us for prompt support.
• For physical orders, contact us if you experience delivery delays, receive damaged goods, or have any issues with your shipment.
