Refund Policy
At Printix Digital, we are committed to transparency and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains how we handle refunds and returns for both digital and physical products.
1. Digital Products & Services (India & International)
- Once design work has started or any part of the final file has been delivered, your order is non-refundable.
- Refunds may be considered only if requested before any design work has begun. To request a cancellation or refund, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Minor revisions are included per the product description; additional changes may be subject to additional charges.
2. Physical Products (India Only)
- Physical products delivered within India may be eligible for return or exchange if defective, damaged, or incorrect, provided we are notified within 3 days of delivery and the product is unused and in original packaging.
- Custom, personalized, or sample products are non-returnable unless there is a proven manufacturing defect or error on our part.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
3. Process for Refunds
- Contact info@printixdigital.com with your order number, reason for return/refund, and supporting photos if applicable.
- Refunds for eligible physical products will be processed/credited to your original payment method within 7 working days of approval and receipt of the returned item.
- Digital product refunds, if approved before any work begins, will be processed/credited within 7 working days.
4. Exceptions
- Refunds are not offered for change of mind on digital products after design work begins.
- We do not provide refunds for delays or dissatisfaction resulting from incomplete or unclear briefs, or delays in client communication.
5. Replacement Delivery Time Frame
Replacement order delivery will be done within 7-10 days.
