1. Service & Product Scope

• Digital Products & Services: Printix Digital specializes in digital design services, such as logo design, branding kits, sticker design, catalogue/brochure design, business card and ID card design, and similar offerings. These services are available to customers both in India and internationally and are delivered electronically via email or secure download link.
• Physical Products: From time to time, Printix Digital may offer physical products (such as printed sample kits, merchandise, or printed collateral). Physical products are available for purchase and delivery only within India.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into legally binding contracts under applicable law to purchase from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Geographic Availability

• Physical goods will be processed, fulfilled, and shipped only to addresses within India.
• Digital products and services may be ordered and delivered worldwide, subject to compliance with applicable export laws and regulations.

4. Ordering, Payment & Pricing

• All prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Orders for both physical and digital products must be placed via our website or authorized channels. Payment must be made in full before work begins or goods are dispatched.
• We reserve the right to change prices, introduce offers, or discontinue products/services without prior notice.

5. Delivery & Fulfillment

• Digital Services: Delivery is made electronically by email or a secure download link, within the timeline specified on the product/service page after receiving complete order information and payment.
• Physical Products: Dispatched within India only, with delivery timelines as specified at checkout. Tracking details are shared upon dispatch.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

• Upon full payment, clients receive full commercial usage rights to the final approved digital designs, unless otherwise specified in the product description.
• Drafts, rejected concepts, or unused designs remain the property of Printix Digital.

7. Revisions, Cancellations, & Refunds

• Digital design services include a limited number of revisions as specified on the product page. Additional changes or redesigns may be subject to extra charges.
• Orders for digital services are non-refundable once work has started or files have been delivered, as outlined in our Refund Policy.
• Physical products ordered within India are eligible for return or exchange as described in our Refund Policy.

8. Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate information, feedback, content, and assets (such as logo, text, and images) necessary to complete the design work.
• Timely feedback and communication are essential to avoid project delays.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Printix Digital is not liable for loss or damages resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use any product or service, including but not limited to errors in printing by third-party vendors using our design files.
• For physical products, our liability is limited to the value of the item purchased.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
