Printix Digital (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website located at https://www.printixdigital.com/ (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms below, which are intended to protect both parties and set clear expectations regarding our service.
1. General
All orders are subject to product availability. While we aim to maintain accurate stock counts on our Website, there may be rare instances where a product becomes unavailable after you place an order. In such cases:
- We will fulfill all available items in your order.
- We will contact you regarding the out-of-stock item to ask whether you prefer to wait for restocking (if applicable) or receive a refund for that item.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on factors such as order value, weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
- Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
- Payment for shipping is collected with the purchase and is part of your final order total.
3. Returns
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy. Please review that policy carefully before placing an order.
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Transit Time – Domestic (India)
In general, domestic shipments within India are in transit for approximately 3–10 business days after dispatch. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location, courier performance, and external factors (weather, holidays, etc.).
4.2 Transit Time – International
We may offer international shipping to select countries. Where available, international shipments are generally in transit for approximately 4–22 days, depending on the destination and the courier selected at checkout. More specific estimates (if available) will be shown during checkout.
4.3 Dispatch Time
- Orders are usually dispatched within 2–10 business days of successful payment.
- Our dispatch operations run Monday to Friday during standard business hours, excluding national and public holidays.
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
4.4 Change of Delivery Address
Requests to change the delivery address can be accommodated only before the order has been dispatched. After dispatch, address changes are typically not possible.
4.5 P.O. Box Addresses
We may ship to P.O. Box addresses using applicable postal services where possible. Courier partners may not deliver to P.O. Boxes, in which case you may be asked to provide a full street address.
4.6 Military or Restricted Addresses
Shipping to certain restricted, remote, or military addresses may be limited or unavailable depending on courier coverage. If your address falls in such an area, we will contact you to discuss available options or issue a refund if delivery is not possible.
4.7 Items Out of Stock
If an item in your order is out of stock:
- We will cancel and refund the out-of-stock item, and dispatch the remaining items, or
- Where possible, we may contact you to ask if you wish to wait for restocking.
4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the estimated timeframe shown at checkout, please contact us so we can coordinate with the courier and investigate the delay.
5. Tracking Notifications
Once your order has been dispatched, you will typically receive a shipment confirmation (by email, SMS, or WhatsApp, as applicable) that includes a tracking number or tracking link. You can use this information to follow the progress of your shipment on the courier’s tracking page.
6. Parcels Damaged in Transit
- If your parcel appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, you are encouraged to refuse the delivery (where possible) and immediately notify us.
- If the parcel has been delivered in your absence and you later discover damage, please contact our customer service as soon as possible with photos/videos of the outer packaging and the damaged items.
We will guide you through the next steps, which may include filing a claim with the courier and arranging a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
7. Duties & Taxes
7.1 Sales Tax / GST
Applicable taxes (including GST) are generally included in the prices displayed on the Website or shown separately at checkout, in accordance with Indian tax laws.
7.2 Import Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international shipments, import duties, taxes, and other charges may be imposed by the destination country.
- In some cases, these fees may be prepaid or included at checkout (where supported by our logistics partners).
- In other cases, you may be required to pay such duties or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
8. Cancellations
- You may request cancellation of your order before it has been dispatched.
- If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for further options.
- For custom or personalized items, cancellation may not be possible once production has started.
9. Parcels Damaged or Lost in Transit
9.1 Parcels Damaged In-Transit
After you report a damaged shipment and provide any required evidence (photos, videos, etc.), we will coordinate with the courier. Once their investigation is complete and the claim is accepted, we will process a replacement or refund, as applicable.
9.2 Parcels Lost In-Transit
If a shipment is confirmed as lost by the courier following their investigation, we will process a replacement order (where possible) or a refund of the affected items.
