5. Services and Orders

Product Availability: We make reasonable efforts to ensure product availability, but we do not guarantee that all products will be available at all times.

Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to purchase Services. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Artwork and Proofing: Once we receive your high-resolution print files, we will provide a digital proof within 2-3 business days. Production begins only after you approve the proof.

6. Payment Terms

Payment for Services is due at the time of ordering and will be processed by Printix Digital. You agree to pay all applicable prices, fees, and charges associated with your order. We accept payment via credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and Cash on Delivery (where available).

We reserve the right to modify prices and payment terms without prior notice. Refunds and cancellations are subject to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Domestic Shipping (India): We ship to all serviceable pincodes across India. Standard processing is 3-5 business days; express processing (1-2 business days) is available for an additional ₹199. Delivery typically takes 3-4 business days after dispatch in well-connected cities.

International Shipping: We offer limited international shipping to select countries. International orders require prepayment (no COD). Processing time is 3-5 business days; delivery time is 7-15 business days depending on destination and customs clearance. Customs duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. Contact us to confirm availability for your country.

We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will evaluate your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Custom-printed products cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Please review your proof carefully before approving.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE AND SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS.”

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRINTIX DIGITAL, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

  • Your use of or inability to use the website or Services
  • Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in website content
  • Personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of the Services
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions
  • Third-party conduct or content on the website

In the event of any dispute arising from this Agreement, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the matter informally. If an informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

18. General Provisions

No Third-Party Beneficiaries: This Agreement does not confer any rights or benefits upon third parties.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies incorporated by reference, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Printix Digital regarding your use of the website and Services.

Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is deemed illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign this Agreement to any successor or affiliate without your consent.
